企业在技术“引消吸”基础上再创新的知识产权管理

【摘要】：中国在通过引进技术起步发展的众多技术领域已经具备了再创新的能力,但是技术引进的发展路径也决定了其在开展再创新的过程中必然会遇到更多的知识产权障碍,因此在研发过程中必须做好全面的策划,识别和管控存在的主要知识产权风险、全面保护创新成果并在进入海外之前做好目标国的知识产权制度和法律环境等方面的分析研究,只有这样,再创新的成果能够经得起市场和国际法律环境的考验。
[Abstract]:China already has the ability to re-innovate in many technological fields that have started to develop through the introduction of technology. However, the development path of technology introduction also determines that it will inevitably encounter more obstacles to intellectual property rights in the process of reinventing new technology.Therefore, in the process of research and development, we must do a good job in planning, identifying and controlling the main intellectual property risks, comprehensively protecting innovation achievements and doing a good job of analyzing and studying the intellectual property system and legal environment of the target country before entering overseas.Only in this way, the results of re-innovation can withstand the test of the market and international legal environment.
