【摘要】：电子书出版业快速发展,电子图书作品的可获取性及合法使用成为图书馆及各界关心的话题。其中,图书馆、读者的利益与作者、出版商的利益相对立,而合理使用制度可以平衡和调节双方的利益冲突并促进行业发展。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of e-book publishing industry, the accessibility and legal use of electronic books has become a topic of concern in the library and all walks of life. Among them, the interests of the library, the interests of the readers and the publishers are relative, and the rational use system can balance and regulate the conflicts between the two sides and promote the development of the industry.
