【摘要】：正2012年,中国大百科全书出版社有限公司诉苹果公司侵权案尘埃落定:苹果公司侵犯了大百科全书公司对《中国大百科全书·中国历史卷(第一版)》享有的信息网络传播权,须赔偿52万元人民币。此后,中国作家维权联盟,北京磨铁数盟信息技术有限公司,作家麦家、于卓等也先后向法院提起诉讼,认为苹果公司在未经著作权人许可的情况下在App Store上提供
[Abstract]:In 2012, China Encyclopedia Press Co. Ltd. v. Apple Inc. Case of infringement settled: Apple Company infringed on the right of Information Network dissemination of the Chinese Encyclopedia China History Volume (first Edition) of the Great Encyclopedia of China. A compensation of 520000 yuan is required. Since then, the Chinese Writers' Rights League, Beijing Motie Digital Alliance Information Technology Co., Ltd., writers Mai Jia, Yu Zhuo and others have filed a lawsuit in court, claiming that Apple provided the App Store without the permission of the copyright owner.
