论网络传播中舞蹈作品著作权的保护

【摘要】：随着"互联网+"的快速发展,舞蹈视频资源融合与共享成为一种趋势,一种必然。但是在舞蹈视频资源的网络传播过程中,还存在着诸多侵权行为。本文基于《中华人民共和国著作权法》和《信息网络传播权保护条例》对侵犯舞蹈视频作品的侵权行为进行了归类,在此基础上探讨保护舞蹈视频作品信息网络传播权的一些解决办法。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Internet, dance video resources fusion and sharing become a trend and a necessity. However, there are still a lot of tortious acts in the process of dancing video resources spreading on the network. Based on the copyright Law of the people's Republic of China and the regulations on the Protection of the right of Information dissemination, this paper classifies the infringement of dance video works. On this basis, this paper discusses some solutions to the protection of the right to network communication of dance video works.
