“民法乃万法之母”表达式中“之母”的涵义分析

【摘要】："之母"的涵义本身是一个隐喻。"母"的各种语义构成了意义彼此关联的系统,由此"母"一词构成了一个关于对象间关系的综合意象,一词多义现象与隐喻作为人类的认知机制相关。要确定"之母"的准确涵义,需要将其放在"民法乃万法之母"整个句子的语境中进行,才能弄清楚整个句子指派给这个词的意义。在知识论层面上、在逻辑层面上,该句子表述的观点是不成立的。但在价值论层面上,该句子能够成立,就此而言,"民法"一词本身也是一个隐喻。
[Abstract]:The meaning of "Mother" is itself a metaphor. " The various semantics of Mother form a system of interrelated meanings, and thus the word "Mother" constitutes a comprehensive image of the relationship between objects. The polysemy of the word is related to metaphor as a cognitive mechanism of human beings. In order to determine the exact meaning of "mother", it is necessary to put it in the context of the whole sentence of "civil law is the mother of all laws" in order to understand the meaning of the word assigned to the whole sentence. At the level of knowledge theory and logic, the viewpoint expressed by this sentence is not valid. But at the value level, the sentence can hold, in this sense, the word "civil law" itself is also a metaphor.
