网络文学作家版权生态探究

【摘要】：中国网络文学产业总体产值的逐步攀升以及由此引发的IP版权开发产业链的逐步加强,并没有带来网络文学创意资源版权运营的规范化。网络版权保护的相对混乱,受到伤害的不仅是网络文学平台,更为严重的是那些网络文学创造者。网络文学作家不仅面临盗版、抄袭的维权难题,更是一直经受网络文学平台强势"买断合同"的压榨。而造成这一版权生态现实的原因,有资本优势产生的网络文学平台强势话语权,有免费商业模式造成的网络文学作家的"非精英"标签,更有政府宏观制度层面"又爱又恨"的管控态度。
[Abstract]:The gradual increase of the total output value of China's network literature industry and the gradual strengthening of the IP copyright development industry chain have not brought about the standardization of copyright operation of the network literature creative resources. The relative confusion of network copyright protection is not only the platform of network literature, but also the creators of network literature. Network writers not only face the problem of piracy and plagiarism, but also suffer the pressure of buying out contracts. The reasons for this copyright ecological reality are the strong discourse power of the network literature platform produced by the capital advantage, and the "non-elite" label of the network literature writers caused by the free business model. More macro government system level, "both love and hate" control attitude.
