我国微信公众平台著作权保护研究

【摘要】:正微信公众平台由腾讯公司于2012年8月23日正式推出,曾命名为"官号平台"和"媒体平台",通过微信公众平台可以发布消息、传播信息、推广品牌或者产品,最初微信公众平台主要面向名人、政府、媒体、企业等机构,随着技术的进步和市场的需求,现在个人也可以申请建立订阅号。根据腾讯公司2015年微信用户数据报告显示,截止到2015年第一季度,微信已经覆盖中国90%以上的智能手机,月活跃用户达到5.49亿,用户覆盖200多个国

According to Tencent's 2015 WeChat user data report, by the first quarter of 2015, WeChat had covered more than 90% of smartphones in China, with 549 million monthly active users and more than 200 countries.
