输电塔结构优化方法研究

【摘要】: 随着我国国民经济的飞速发展,对电力的需求也将越来越大。因此,将有越来越多的输电铁塔用于各种各样输电线路的建设中,钢材的消耗量也会越来越大。所以展开结构优化研究,对减少钢材用量,提高设计水平,有着重要意义。 本文应用有限元、优化设计等理论,结合输电塔结构自身特点,对该结构的优化设计进行了研究。应用FORTRAN语言编制了三维桁架结构的有限元分析程序模块,并利用有限元软件ANSYS验证了有限元程序的正确性。还基于对大型结构优化效率的考虑,对离散变量优化设计中的相对差商法进行了改进。并根据输电铁塔的设计规范和结构特点,建立了输电塔结构优化设计的数学模型,还用FORTRAN语言编制了基于改进的相对差商法设计思想的优化设计程序模块。并结合数据前后处理的程序模块,,形成了输电塔结构整体优化设计的应用软件,而且还通过多个算例对该软件的适用性、准确性和先进性进行了验证。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our national economy, the demand for electric power will also increase. Therefore, more and more transmission towers will be used in the construction of various transmission lines. The consumption of steel will be more and more large, so it is of great significance to study the structure optimization to reduce the steel consumption and improve the design level. In this paper, the optimization design of the transmission tower structure is studied by using the theories of finite element method and optimization design, and the finite element analysis program module of three-dimensional truss structure is compiled by FORTRAN language. The correctness of the finite element program is verified by the finite element software ANSYS. The relative difference quotient method in discrete variable optimization design is improved. According to the design specifications and structural characteristics of transmission tower, the mathematical model of transmission tower structure optimization design is established. The optimization design program module based on the improved relative difference quotient method is also developed by using FORTRAN language, and the application software of overall optimal design of transmission tower structure is formed by combining the program module of data processing before and after processing. Furthermore, the applicability, accuracy and advanced nature of the software are verified by several examples.
