解读《暗黑者2》影像里的人性伦理与社会法治

[Abstract]:Whether it is the criminal law of the son of Heaven and the common people, or the criminal law, civil law, commercial law and so on, which record all kinds of disputes now, all of them show the importance our country attaches to the law. So, under the rule of the law, why would there be some wrongs? Do we need a judge outside the law to punish those who miss the net? The author starts with the TV series Diablo II to interpret the ethics of human nature and social rule of law in the video. First, the summary of the ethics of human nature the discussion of the theory of human nature in our country can be traced back to the Spring and Autumn period and the warring States period, when Mencius likened water quality to human nature, "the water person, the Qing Dynasty also", thus in Mencius' eyes.
