案例教学法在民商法课堂中的应用——评《权威点评最高法院民商法指导案例》

【摘要】：正在法律教学中,案例教学法一般是由教师在课上为学生提供案例,学生根据教师提供的案例展开讨论,但是在讨论过程中教师不能过多干预学生的讨论方式和讨论内容,应给予学生一定的发展空间,教师的责任是保证学生的思维和行为方式不偏离案例本身,保证其在不违反原则的基础上展开讨论。在这个过程中,学生是教学活动的主体,教师的作用是引导学生学习,帮助学生掌握正确的学习方向,从而养成正确的学习习惯。案例教学法有较高的灵活性,在教学方式上
[Abstract]:In the teaching of law, the case teaching method is usually provided by the teacher in class to provide the case for the student, the student launches the discussion according to the case provided by the teacher, but in the discussion process, the teacher should not interfere the student's discussion way and the discussion content too much. The teacher's responsibility is to ensure that the students' thinking and behavior do not deviate from the case itself and that they are discussed on the basis of not violating the principle. In this process, students are the main body of teaching activities, the role of teachers is to guide students to learn, to help students master the correct learning direction, and thus to develop the correct learning habits. The case teaching method has high flexibility, and it can be used in teaching methods.
