【摘要】：检察组织结构本质上反映检察组织的权力结构,在检察制度建构中具有基础性地位。世界各国检察组织的纵向层级结构、横向部门结构均呈现多样性特征,这其中既有制度因素,也有非制度原因,最终源于政治体制和基本国情的综合考量。世界上没有普适性的也没有绝对优越的检察组织结构,应坚持中国特色社会主义检察制度的自信与自觉,在司法改革中进一步增强检察组织设置的科学性,注重其独立性和专业化。
[Abstract]:The structure of procuratorial organization essentially reflects the power structure of procuratorial organization and plays a fundamental role in the construction of procuratorial system. There are both institutional and non-institutional factors, which ultimately result from the comprehensive consideration of the political system and the basic national conditions. There is no universal and absolutely superior prosecutorial organizational structure in the world. We should adhere to the self-confidence and self-consciousness of the socialist procuratorial system with Chinese characteristics, further enhance the scientific nature of the procuratorial organization in the course of judicial reform, and pay attention to its independence and specialization.
