关于深化少年法庭改革若干问题的思考

【摘要】：少年法庭30余年的改革实践,取得了令人瞩目的成就。随着形势的发展变化,少年法庭改革顶层设计不足的缺陷逐渐显现。在司法改革视域下,要转变多元化改革思路,着力推进少年法庭综合审判改革。建立独立的少年审判业务类别和统一管理、上下衔接的少年法庭工作指导机制。
[Abstract]:The reform practice of juvenile court for more than 30 years has made remarkable achievements. With the development and change of the situation, the defects of insufficient design at the top level of juvenile court reform gradually appear. To promote the comprehensive trial reform of juvenile courts, to establish an independent juvenile trial business category and unified management, and to link up and down the juvenile court work guidance mechanism.
