检察机关监督与监察委员会监督比较分析

【摘要】：传统上我国的权力监督体系包括人大监督、民主监督、党内监督、法律监督等监督类型,法律监督是宪法赋予检察机关的权力,检察机关的法律监督在保证法律正确实施方面发挥重要作用。随着监察委员会改革的深入,国家监察委员会作为新设立的国家监督机关,将在国家监督体系中扮演极为重要的角色。检察机关的法律监督与监察委员会监督在历史起源、监督性质、监督对象、监督权内容方面存在差异和联系。检察机关和监察委员会在国家监督体系中应加强合作交流,在互相监督制约基础上,建立工作衔接机制,共同推进大监督体系的建设。
[Abstract]:Traditionally, the power supervision system includes the supervision of the National People's Congress, democratic supervision, inner-party supervision, legal supervision and supervision, legal supervision is the constitutional power of procuratorial organs, the legal supervision of procuratorial organs to ensure the correct implementation of the law play an important role. With the deepening of the reform of the Commission, the National Commission for the new national supervisory authority the establishment of the national supervision system will play an important role. The supervision of the procuratorial organs of legal supervision and supervision committee in history, the nature of supervision, supervision object, differences and links of supervision. The procuratorial organs and the Commission should strengthen cooperation and exchanges in the state supervision system, supervision based on each other on the establishment of the convergence mechanism to jointly promote the construction of supervision system.
