【摘要】：正法学类论文注释体例一、一般规定1.采用脚注(法律史文章之古文献可采加括号之文内注)。为方便排版,可以直接放在文章引注处,用【】标出,不必放在页脚处。建议给编辑部发两个版本。2.连续注码,注码序号格式为"1,2,3,……"。3.文中注码放标点符号后(对句中词语加注者除外)。4.引文资料作者为外国人者,其姓名前加方括号注明国籍。
