检察建议工作理论研讨会观点综述

【摘要】：正2011年以来,江苏省泰州市检察机关共制发检察建议715件,其中非诉讼类检察建议606件,占84.7%,诉讼类检察建议109件,占15.3%。2013年3月21日,泰州市人大通过了《关于加强检察建议工作的决议》,市委、市政府对于检察建议工作的回复、落实等工作作出进一步的部署。为进一步推进此项工作,2013年4月13日,检察建议工作理论研讨会在江苏省泰州市召开。此次会议由泰州市
[Abstract]:Since 2011, the procuratorial organs of Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province, have issued 715 procuratorial recommendations, of which 606 are non-litigation procuratorial recommendations, accounting for 84.7, and 109 are litigation procuratorial recommendations, accounting for 15.3.2013 on March 21, 2013. The Taizhou Municipal people's Congress adopted the "Resolution on strengthening the work of Procuratorial proposals". The municipal party committee and municipal government made further arrangements for the work of procuratorial proposals, such as the reply and implementation of the work. In order to further this work, on April 13, 2013, the Symposium on the Theory of Procuratorial suggestion work was held in Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province. The meeting was held by Taizhou City
