台湾地区检察官在职进修制度之借鉴

【摘要】:队伍建设是检察事业的基石,教育培训则是加强队伍建设的重要途径,也是员额制改革后检察官精英化的内在要求。传统模式下大陆检察官在职培训存在培训种类缺乏、在职法律硕士教育功能不彰、培训模式单一、培训覆盖面不足等问题。在比较借鉴台湾地区相关制度的基础上,汲取其有益成分,构建符合大陆实际的检察官在职研修制度以提升队伍素质,具有重要的现实意义。
[Abstract]:Team building is the cornerstone of procuratorial career, education and training is an important way to strengthen the building of the team, and is also the inherent requirement of the procurator's excellence after the post system reform. In the traditional mode, there are some problems such as lack of training types, lack of in-service legal master's education function, single training mode and insufficient training coverage. On the basis of comparing and drawing lessons from the relevant systems in Taiwan, it is of great practical significance to construct the on-the-job research system of procurators in line with the actual situation in the mainland in order to improve the quality of the team.
