[Abstract]:It's September 7th 2013. The Sino-German Institute of Law and the Institute of Constitutional Law of the School of Law of China University of political Science and Law, together with the Albert Foundation of Germany, co-hosted the 4th China-Germany Constitutional Forum on Constitutional property Rights in Beijing. The German side was represented by Professor Reinhard Gale, Judge of the Federal Constitutional Court of Germany.
