【摘要】：正我们党科学总结历史经验,将坚持四项基本原则确立为改革开放和社会主义现代化建设的思想政治前提。1982年12月4日,五届全国人大五次会议通过现行宪法即1982年宪法,将四项基本原则写入序言,并作为指导思想贯彻于全部内容和条文之中,集中反映了党和人民的共同意志。四项基本原则是内在统一的,坚持四项基本原则的核心在于坚持党的领导。坚持四项基本原则,是党对社会主义现代化建设规律、党的建设规律和执政规律的科学
[Abstract]:While our Party has scientifically summed up historical experience, it has established adherence to the four basic principles as the ideological and political prerequisite for reform, opening up and socialist modernization. On December 4, 1982, the Fifth session of the Fifth National people's Congress adopted the current Constitution, that is, the 1982 Constitution. The four basic principles are written in the preamble and carried out in all contents and articles as guiding ideology, which reflects the common will of the Party and the people. The core of adhering to the four basic principles lies in the leadership of the Party. Adhering to the four basic principles is the Party's science of the law of socialist modernization construction, the law of party building and the law of ruling.
