论我国公民监督权的实现

【摘要】：在现实中出现的跨省追捕现象反映了我国公民在行使监督权时遇到了极大的困扰,公民监督权的行使得不到充分的实现,这一现象的存在主要是源于被监督者的态度不端正,对破坏监督的行为惩罚力度不够和相关制度规定不明确等各种社会因素共同作用下造成的,因此,要想消除这一不合理的现象,就应当通过加强改变当权者的观念,加大惩罚力度,健全相关权利保障机制,来保障和推进公民监督权的实现。
[Abstract]:The phenomenon of cross-provincial manhunt in reality reflects that the citizens of our country have encountered great problems in the exercise of supervision power, and the exercise of citizens' supervision power has not been fully realized. The existence of this phenomenon is mainly due to the improper attitude of the supervised persons, the insufficient punishment for acts of sabotage supervision and the unclear provisions of the relevant systems. Therefore, we should eliminate this unreasonable phenomenon. The realization of citizens' supervision power should be guaranteed and promoted by strengthening and changing the concept of those in power, strengthening punishment and perfecting the mechanism of guaranteeing relevant rights.
