【摘要】：电信诈骗案的骗局有其独特的内容,这表现为加害方以电信技术为载体和"管道"进行行骗,出现高科技化、隐蔽化的新特点。有鉴于此,电信诈骗犯罪的防治策略应该从加害方、被害人和电信部门等角度有针对性地切入。
[Abstract]:The fraud in the telecom fraud case has its own unique content, which is manifested in the new characteristics of hi-tech and covert by using telecommunication technology as the carrier and "pipeline" as the carrier of the offending party. The prevention and cure strategy of telecom fraud crime should be targeted from the perspectives of the offender, victim and telecommunication department.
