【摘要】：正2015年8月29日全国人大常委会通过的刑法修正案(九)(以下简称"修九")是1997年全面修订刑法以来我国进行的一次规模最大的立法修正,也是我国最新的刑法立法。修九立法内容全面而重大,其中许多问题在修法过程中以及修法前后都曾引发不小的争议,个别问题甚至还引发社会的广泛讨论。系统收集、整理和分析这些立法争议,对于我们准确掌握修九的立法目的、正确适用修九,无疑具有十分重大
[Abstract]:The amendment to the Criminal Law adopted by the standing Committee of the National people's Congress on August 29, 2015 (hereinafter referred to as "amending nine") is the largest legislative amendment in China since the overall revision of the Criminal Law in 1997, and it is also the latest criminal law legislation in China. The content of the legislation is comprehensive and important, many of which have caused great controversy in the process of amending the law and before and after the revision, and even caused the extensive discussion in the society. The systematic collection, collation and analysis of these legislative disputes will undoubtedly be of great importance to our accurate understanding of the legislative purpose of the revision, and the correct application of the revision.
