作弊入刑对高等教育的影响与启示

【摘要】：考试作为高等教育的人才选拔机制和培养考核机制,能够为社会提供更优秀的人才。伴随着社会进步和高科技的发展,考试作弊现象日益严重、防不胜防。考试诚信协议书、诚信档案等道德说教已不足以发挥引导作用,而考试作弊的一系列危害又不容忽视,因此有必要适时引入法律手段,将作弊纳入刑法处罚范围,净化人才竞争环境。
[Abstract]:Examination, as the talent selection mechanism and training examination mechanism of higher education, can provide more excellent talents for the society. With the development of social progress and high-tech, cheating in examinations is becoming more and more serious. The moral preaching such as the agreement of honesty and credit, the file of good faith and so on are no longer sufficient to play a leading role, and a series of harm of cheating in the examination can not be ignored. Therefore, it is necessary to introduce legal means in time to bring cheating into the scope of criminal law punishment. Purify the competitive environment for talents.
