学校现行体育法律法规的体系构建探究

【摘要】：当前,我国学校体育法律法规建设已见雏形,但具体实施起来却遇到很大阻力,学校体育法律法规实施状况不容乐观。对学校现行体育法律法规进行了系统的梳理,从立法、执法、守法、法制监督的角度分析了学校体育法律法规实施过程中所遇到的问题,然后提出了完善学校法律法规体系、加大执行力度、依法治校和加大普法推广力度等建议。
[Abstract]:At present, the construction of school physical education laws and regulations in our country has seen its embryonic form, but it has met with great resistance to its concrete implementation, and the status of implementation of school sports laws and regulations is not optimistic. This paper systematically combs the existing school sports laws and regulations, from the legislation, This paper analyzes the problems encountered in the process of implementing the laws and regulations of physical education in schools from the angles of law enforcement, law-abiding and legal supervision, and then puts forward some suggestions such as perfecting the system of laws and regulations of schools, strengthening the enforcement of laws and regulations, administering schools according to law, and strengthening the popularization of laws and regulations.
