【摘要】：正由于保健食品法律法规不完善,保健食品市场混乱问题较为突出。在这次《食品安全法》修订中,保健食品是否实施注册制度、应如何加强监管,成为立法的焦点之一。新修订的《食品安全法》涉及"保健食品"内容共13个条款,对入市前的许可管理、生产管理、市场监督、广告管理、违法处罚都给予了规定,将终结保健食品发展的无序状态。据了解,此次新食安法中明确了改变过去单一的产品注册制度,对保健食品实行注册与备案的分类管理。明确了保健食品原料目录、功能目录的管理制度,对使用符合保健食品原料目
[Abstract]:It is precisely because the laws and regulations on health food are not perfect that the confusion in the health food market is more prominent. In this revision of the "Food Safety Law," whether the registration system for health foods is to be implemented and how to strengthen the supervision and control should be strengthened. The newly amended Food Safety Law, which deals with the contents of "health food", contains 13 articles and provides for the licensing management, production management, market supervision, advertising management, and illegal punishment before entering the market.
