中小学生课业负担过重问题法律透视

【摘要】：中小学生课业负担过重,是社会诟病最突出的问题之一。切实控制中小学生学习超负荷,要跳出就教育论教育的怪圈,从法律的角度进行审视。只有运用法律手段来解决中小学生课业负担过重问题,才能发挥最佳作用。文章侧重从法律角度对中小学生学习负担过重产生的原因、危害进行分析,提出了治理这一问题的相关措施。
[Abstract]:One of the most prominent problems criticized by society is the heavy burden on primary and secondary school students. In order to effectively control the overload of primary and secondary school students, we should jump out of the strange circle of education. Only by using legal means to solve the problem of overburdened schoolwork of primary and middle school students, can we play the best role. This article focuses on the analysis of the causes and harm of the overburden of primary and middle school students from the angle of law. Put forward the relevant measures to deal with this problem.
