“依法治考”——中外教育考试制度比较研究

【摘要】：从历史的角度对中外教育考试制度进行比较解读来看,"依法治考"是教育考试制度的应有之义。应当立足国情、以史为鉴、注意借鉴,在"依法治考"改革设想、完善教育考试立法方面则应持积极、稳健的态度。
[Abstract]:From the historical point of view, it is the proper meaning of the educational examination system to make a comparative interpretation of the educational examination system between China and foreign countries.We should base ourselves on the national conditions, learn from history and draw lessons from it. We should adopt a positive and steady attitude in the reform of "administering the examination according to law" and in perfecting the legislation of educational examination.
