【摘要】：正党的十八大以来,党和国家高度重视法治建设,"法治是治国理政的基本方式"已经成为时代的最强音。尤其是在"四个全面"战略布局中,实现基本建成法治政府的目标具有更鲜明、更直接的时代意义。2015年12月,中共中央、国务院联合印发的《法治政府建设实施纲要(2015 2020年)》(以下简称"《纲要》"),既为2020年基本建成法治政府确定了明确的路线图和施工图,也为中国本土化行政法治
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, the Party and the state have attached great importance to the construction of the rule of law, "rule by law is the basic way of governing the country" has become the strongest voice of the times.In particular, in the "four comprehensive" strategic layout, achieving the goal of basically establishing a government ruled by law has a clearer and more direct contemporary significance. In December 2015, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,The "outline for the implementation of the Construction of a Government under the Rule of Law" (hereinafter referred to as "the outline") issued jointly by the State Council (hereinafter referred to as "the outline") has not only established a clear road map and construction plan for the basic establishment of a government ruled by law by 2020, but also provided a clear road map for China's localization of administrative rule by law
