中美转基因食品监管法律制度的差异

【摘要】：转基因食品的特殊性决定了其监管法律的重要性,美国作为世界上转基因技术最为发达的国家对于转基因食品的监管法律有一定的代表性,而中国对于转基因食品的大量依赖也由此出台了大量的转基因监管法规。从转基因食品的监管法律法规、监管部门、标识制度、监管理念等对中美两国的转基因监管现状进行对比分析,并对产生此差异的法律效力、文化心理、科学素养、政治制度等因素进行了分析。
[Abstract]:The particularity of genetically modified food determines the importance of its regulatory law. The United States, as the most developed country with transgenic technology in the world, has a certain representativeness on the regulatory law of genetically modified food. China's heavy reliance on GM food has resulted in a large number of GMO regulations. From the regulatory laws and regulations of genetically modified foods, regulatory authorities, marking systems, regulatory concepts and so on, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the current situation of transgenic regulation in China and the United States, and makes a comparative analysis of the legal effect, cultural psychology, and scientific literacy that produce this difference. Political system and other factors were analyzed.
