【摘要】：正依法解决农民工工资拖欠问题,我们的做法是:一、认真研究分析造成拖欠的原因,为有效解决问题找准依据。拖欠工资的原因主要有:开发单位资金匮乏,需要施工企业垫资,工程层层非法转包导致连环拖欠;工程量出现的争议导致人工费争议;施工质量问题与管理不善造成拖欠。二、进一步强化监察执法力度,切实维护农民工的合法权益。一是加大检查执法力度,主动排查发现问题。以建筑施工等农民工集中行业为
[Abstract]:The problem of migrant workers' salary arrears is being solved according to law. Our methods are as follows: first, we should seriously study and analyze the causes of the arrears, and find the correct basis for effectively solving the problems. The main reasons for salary arrears are: lack of funds of development units, need of construction enterprises to cushion capital, illegal subcontracting of projects led to serial arrears; disputes of quantity of construction resulted in disputes of labor costs; construction quality problems and poor management caused delays. Second, further strengthen supervision and law enforcement, and effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers.
