【摘要】：正网络安全法是适应我国网络安全工作新形势、新任务,落实中央决策部署,保障网络安全和发展利益的重大举措。党的十八大以来,以习近平总书记为首的党中央从总体国家安全观出发,就网络安全问题提出了一系列新思想、新观点、新论断,对加强国家网络安全工作作出重要部署。党的十八届四中全会决定要求完善网络安全保护方面的法律法规。中华人民共和国主席令第五十三号《中华人民共和国网络安全法》已由中华人民共和国第十二届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第二十四
[Abstract]:The positive network security law is an important measure to adapt to the new situation and new task of the network security work of our country, to implement the central decision and arrangement, to guarantee the network security and the development benefit. Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, the Party Central Committee headed by General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward a series of new ideas, new viewpoints and new judgments on network security from the viewpoint of overall national security, and has made important arrangements for strengthening the work of national network security. The fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee decided to improve the laws and regulations on network security protection. Order of the President of the people's Republic of China No. 53 the Law of the people's Republic of China on Cybersecurity has been approved by the standing Committee of the Twelfth National people's Congress of the people's Republic of China No. 24
