传承与发展:城市化进程中城市聚居少数民族文化权益保护问题及其路径分析

【摘要】：在城市化进程中,城市民族社区会面临拆迁、改造的问题,如果处理不好其中的一些关系,容易产生民族矛盾以及群体性事件。城市聚居少数民族的需求不仅体现在经济权益上,还体现在文化权益等诸多方面。在对城市民族社区进行改造过程中,相关政府部门应该更加关注城市聚居少数民族的文化权益,通过构建畅通的权益沟通渠道、制定合理的城市规划,积极制定维护少数民族文化权益的法律、法规,使得城市化进程中的经济和社会之间能够协调发展。
[Abstract]:In the process of urbanization, the urban ethnic communities will be faced with the problem of demolition and transformation. If some of the relations are not handled well, it is easy to produce ethnic contradictions and group events. The demand of urban minorities is not only reflected in the economic rights and interests, but also in the cultural rights and interests. In the process of reforming the urban ethnic communities, the relevant government departments should pay more attention to the cultural rights and interests of the urban minority groups, and formulate reasonable urban planning by building an unimpeded channel of communication on the rights and interests. To actively formulate laws and regulations to safeguard the cultural rights and interests of ethnic minorities, so that the economic and social development in the process of urbanization can be coordinated.
