加快构建中国特色社会主义国家监察理论

【摘要】：正深化国家监察体制改革,是党中央深刻总结治国理政、管党治党的经验教训、准确研判当代中国反腐败斗争发展规律而作出的重大决策。这一决策的目标,是建立中国特色社会主义监察制度,推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化。我国要建立的监察制度,与其它国家的监察制度,在内涵和外延上均有很大不同,其监察的性质、主体、对象、范围、职能
[Abstract]:Deepening the reform of the state supervision system is an important policy decision made by the Party Central Committee in profoundly summing up the experience and lessons of governing the country, managing the party and administering the party, and accurately studying and judging the law of the development of the anti-corruption struggle in contemporary China. The goal of this decision is to establish a socialist supervision system with Chinese characteristics and to promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity. The supervisory system to be established in China is quite different from that of other countries in terms of connotation and extension. Its nature, subject, object, scope and function of supervision are very different from those of other countries.
