征地补偿费用能否分期支付

【摘要】：正问题某村集体的1000多亩地被征收后,村民没有拿到征地补偿协议,而是拿到了政府的分期付款协议,即征地补偿费用由政府以分期支付的方式予以支付。那么未经村民同意,将本应支付给被征地农民的征地补偿费用分期支付给农民的做法,是否违反相关规定?征地补偿是否允许分期支付?农民能否拒绝征地?
[Abstract]:After the collection of more than 1,000 mu of the collective in a village, the villagers did not have the compensation agreement for land acquisition, but received the payment agreement of the government, that is, the compensation fee for land acquisition was paid by the government in installments. Then, without the consent of the villagers, it will have been paid to the farmers by the land acquisition compensation fee which should have been paid to the land-requisitioned farmers, and whether the relevant regulations are in violation of the relevant regulations? Is the land acquisition compensation allowed to be paid in stages? Can the farmers refuse to land the land?
