《食品安全抽样检验管理办法》公布
[Abstract]:The State Administration of Food and Drug Administration has recently promulgated the measures for the Administration of sampling and Inspection of Food Safety, which shall come into effect on February 1. Sampling inspection of food safety is the basic work of sampling inspection and risk monitoring of food safety supervision. It is also an important means to prevent and control food safety risk and realize scientific supervision by food and drug supervision departments. The measures promulgated at this time have strengthened the main responsibility of food producers and operators. The measures require food producers and operators to cooperate with the food safety organized and implemented by the food and drug regulatory departments in accordance with the law.
