[Abstract]:On June 24, 2015, the inspection and quarantine personnel of Shanghai Airport entry and exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Airport Bureau") carried out daily supervision and inspection of A company of a catering enterprise. A bag of humus was found on the kitchen shelf of the staff canteen of the enterprise, the production date was 5 June 2015, and the shelf life was 3 months. Supervision records describe that the product has not been opened and the storage area has not been identified to be processed. The inspection and quarantine personnel ordered Company A to seal the bag of expired humus on its own and not to deal with it without authorization. 2 disposal process
