【摘要】：正8月25日,历经两年四审的《深圳经济特区医疗条例》在深圳市人大常委会会议中获得表决通过。该条例是国内首部地方性医疗基本法规,深圳将充分运用特区立法权,在全国率先把医改纳入到法治化轨道,用法治护航深圳医改挺进"深水区"。强化政府保基本的责任,坚持基本医疗服务公益性。《条例》明确,政府要加强组织领导,加大投入,推进基
[Abstract]:On August 25, the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Medical regulations, which had undergone two years of fourth trial, were voted upon by the standing Committee of the Shenzhen Municipal people's Congress. The regulations are the first basic local medical laws and regulations in China. Shenzhen will make full use of the legislative power of the Special Administrative region, take the lead in bringing medical reform into the track of legalization throughout the country, and use the rule of law to protect Shenzhen's medical reform into the "deep water area." Strengthen the basic responsibility of the government to ensure basic medical services and adhere to the public welfare of basic medical services. The regulations make it clear that the government should strengthen organizational leadership, increase investment, and promote the foundation.
