【摘要】：正近年来,随着媒介融合向纵深发展,新闻资讯知识产权保护问题已日益突出。对于传统媒体来说,关乎其生死存亡;对于新媒体来说,关乎其是否可持续发展。没有知识产权保护的观念和相应的法律法规,原创性内容就无法得到保护,新媒体也没有可持续性发展的动力。新闻资讯知识产权保护是媒介融合过程中不容回避和忽视的问题。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of media integration, the protection of news and information intellectual property rights has become increasingly prominent. For the new media, it is related to its sustainable development. Without the concept of intellectual property protection and corresponding laws and regulations, the original content can not be protected. New media also has no motive force for sustainable development. Intellectual property protection of news and information is an unavoidable and neglected problem in the process of media convergence.
