构建知识产权大保护工作格局的若干思考

【摘要】：在加快建设知识产权强国的大背景下,构建知识产权大保护工作格局,有必要把握四大原则、确保三大重点、构建四级体系。进一步培育知识产权保护意识,营造尊重知识产权的社会氛围;建立健全知识产权多元化纠纷解决机制,发挥调解、仲裁等纠纷解决途径的功能和行政执法保护短平快的优势,充分吸纳和化解大部分知识产权纠纷,确保司法作为最后一道防线主导作用的发挥;同时,深化知识产权保护的区域协作和国际合作,从而实现知识产权保护统一、协调、顺畅、高效。
