哈飞突破性创新模式与管理机制研究

【摘要】:在知识经济时代,新技术不断涌现,创新成果的转化速度变得越来越快,企业之间的竞争愈演愈烈。大型企业要想在激烈的市场竞争中保持长期竞争优势,必须实施突破性创新战略,研究前沿技术,突破重大技术瓶颈,抢占空白市场,发挥领先者优势。在此背景下,本文以哈飞为实证研究对象,分析影响哈飞开展突破性创新活动的主要影响因素,设计哈飞的突破性创新模式与管理机制,提出哈飞的突破性创新保障策略,这对提高哈飞的突破性创新能力具有重要意义。 在对国内外相关研究现状分析与评述的基础上,研究技术创新的内涵与类型,界定突破性创新的内涵,研究突破性创新的基本特征,分析哈飞的创新现状,研究哈飞开展突破性创新的主要动力因素和障碍因素,界定突破性创新模式的内涵,分析突破性创新模式的主要类型,提出哈飞突破性创新模式设计的总体思路与原则,在此基础上,分别设计产学研合作模式、企业联盟模式、网络虚拟化模式,提出影响突破性创新模式选择的主要因素,构建模式选择模型,分析哈飞突破性创新管理的重点,设计突破性创新管理机制框架,并分别设计突破性创新的主体协同机制、学习机制和冲突处理机制,最后,从加强地方政府的支持力度、加强组织创新和文化创新、建立和完善知识产权保护体系等角度,设计哈飞的突破性创新保障策略。 本文对哈飞的突破性创新模式、管理机制与保障策略的研究,为哈飞开展突破性创新活动提供了有效支持,,也可指导同类企业开展突破性创新活动。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, new technologies emerge constantly, the speed of transformation of innovation results becomes faster and faster, and the competition between enterprises becomes more and more intense. In order to maintain the long-term competitive advantage in the fierce market competition, the large enterprises must implement the breakthrough innovation strategy, research the frontier technology, break through the major technical bottleneck, seize the blank market and give play to the advantage of the leader. In this context, this paper takes Hafei as the empirical research object, analyzes the main factors that affect the development of the breakthrough innovation activities, designs the breakthrough innovation model and management mechanism, and puts forward the safeguard strategy of the breakthrough innovation. It is of great significance to improve the breakthrough innovation ability of Hafei. Based on the analysis and comment on the current research situation at home and abroad, this paper studies the connotation and types of technological innovation, defines the connotation of breakthrough innovation, studies the basic characteristics of breakthrough innovation, and analyzes the present situation of Hafei's innovation. This paper studies the main motive factors and obstacle factors of Hafei's breakthrough innovation, defines the connotation of the breakthrough innovation mode, analyzes the main types of the breakthrough innovation mode, and puts forward the general ideas and principles of the design of the breakthrough innovation mode. On this basis, we design the cooperation mode of industry, university and research, enterprise alliance model, network virtualization mode, put forward the main factors that affect the choice of breakthrough innovation mode, construct the model selection model, and analyze the key points of Hafei breakthrough innovation management. The framework of breakthrough innovation management mechanism is designed, and the main body coordination mechanism, learning mechanism and conflict management mechanism of breakthrough innovation are designed respectively. Finally, from strengthening the support of local government, strengthening organizational innovation and cultural innovation, Establish and perfect the intellectual property protection system, design the breakthrough innovation safeguard strategy of Hafei. In this paper, the research on the breakthrough innovation mode, management mechanism and guarantee strategy of Hafe provides effective support for Hafer to carry out breakthrough innovation activities, and can also guide the similar enterprises to carry out breakthrough innovation activities.
