产学研合作的知识产权质押融资风险评价研究

【摘要】：产学研合作的知识产权质押融资是推进其创新成果资本化，深化产学研合作开展的有效手段。但产学研合作的知识产权质押融资在实践中的开展困难重重，主要在于诸多风险的制约。因此，如何在理论和实践层面厘清产学研合的作知识产权质押融资风险，从而破解产学研合作知识产权质押融资发展瓶颈，加速产学研合作创新成果转化，成为一个亟待解决的重要课题。以产学研合作的知识产权质押融资风险评价为切入点，运用文献研究法对相关研究进行梳理，在理论层面上吸取以往关于产学研合作的知识产权质押融资风险因素及评价指标的研究成果。并采用案例研究法对典型案例进行研究，探寻在实践层面上产学研合作的知识产权质押融资风险的影响因素及其评价指标。在此基础上，构建评价指标体系及评价模型，应用案例实证研究，，进一步检验指标体系及风险评价模型的正确性与适用性，实现风险评价的定性研究与定量研究的结合。通过实证分析，验证产学研合作的知识产权质押融资在实践中存在较高风险，且外部风险评价高于内部风险。外部风险中尤以知识产权处置变现风险及价值评估风险的影响较大。内部风险中，产学研合作组织属性的知识产权风险及产学研合作研发活动的知识产权风险相对重要。基于案例实证的结果分析，提出产学研合作的知识产权质押融资风险控制策略，为有针对性的进行产学研合作的知识产权质押融资风险控制奠定了理论与实证基础。
[Abstract]:The pledge financing of intellectual property rights is an effective means to promote the capitalization of innovation achievements and deepen the cooperation between industry, university and research. However, it is difficult to carry out the IPR pledge financing in practice, which mainly lies in the restriction of many risks. Therefore, how to clarify the risks of IPR pledge financing in theory and practice, so as to solve the bottleneck of IPR financing development and accelerate the transformation of innovative achievements of IPR cooperation. It has become an important subject to be solved urgently. Based on the risk evaluation of intellectual property pledge financing in the cooperation of industry, college and research, this paper combs the relevant research by using the method of literature research. On the theoretical level, the paper draws on the previous research results on the risk factors and evaluation indexes of intellectual property pledge financing in the cooperation of industry, university and research. By using the case study method, this paper studies the typical cases, and explores the influencing factors and evaluation indexes of the risk of intellectual property pledge financing in the practical level of industry-university-research cooperation. On this basis, the evaluation index system and evaluation model are constructed, and the validity and applicability of the index system and the risk assessment model are further tested by case study, so as to realize the combination of qualitative and quantitative research on risk assessment. Through the empirical analysis, it is proved that the IPR pledge financing has higher risk in practice, and the external risk evaluation is higher than the internal risk. The external risk, especially the risk of intellectual property disposal, and the risk of value evaluation have great influence. Among the internal risks, the intellectual property risk of industrial, academic and research cooperation organization and the intellectual property risk of R & D activities are relatively important. Based on the case study, the paper puts forward the risk control strategy of IPR pledge financing, which lays a theoretical and empirical foundation for the IPR pledge financing risk control of industry-university-research cooperation.
