【摘要】：近几年来，随着原材料价格的上涨和人力成本的上升，企业经营越来越依靠自主创新和拥有自主知识产权来提高市场竞争力，知识产权作为企业的重要无形资产在总资产中占的比重越来越大，在企业运营中发挥的作用也越来越重要，企业知识产权管理能力和水平，不仅直接影响知识产权利用的效益和效率，而且事关企业竞争能力的提高。本文针对如何管理和运用好知识产权，，并建立一套适合企业自身的知识产权管理体系进行研究。本文首先通过对企业知识产权管理体系理论进行总结，系统介绍了知识产权、知识产权管理、知识产权管理体系的基本概念和理论，有助于企业管理人员宏观了解知识产权管理相关知识；通过对比分析跨国公司与中国企业的知识产权管理体系，归纳知识产权管理体系的主要内容为管理机构、管理人员和管理制度，有助于管理人员了解知识产权管理体系的基本框架；通过与HY公司知识产权管理现状相结合，对知识产权管理体系从企业知识产权管理方针及目标、知识产权管理机构及资源保障、知识产权管理制度、知识产权管理活动（知识产权的取得、知识产权的维护、知识产权的运营和知识产权的保护）、知识产权人才与文化建设、知识产权管理体系的持续改进等方面进行分析，提出完善HY公司知识产权管理体系的建议，为其他企业构建和完善知识产权管理体系提供参考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the price of raw materials rising and the cost of manpower rising, enterprises increasingly rely on independent innovation and independent intellectual property rights to improve their market competitiveness. Intellectual property, as an important intangible asset of an enterprise, accounts for an increasing proportion of the total assets and plays a more and more important role in the operation of an enterprise. It not only directly affects the benefit and efficiency of intellectual property utilization, but also relates to the improvement of enterprise's competitive ability. This paper studies how to manage and use intellectual property and establish a set of intellectual property management system suitable for enterprise itself. First of all, this paper summarizes the theory of enterprise intellectual property management system, and systematically introduces the basic concepts and theories of intellectual property rights and intellectual property management system. It is helpful for enterprise managers to understand the relevant knowledge of intellectual property management at the macro level. By comparing and analyzing the intellectual property management system of multinational corporations and Chinese enterprises, the main content of intellectual property management system is concluded as the management organization. Managers and management systems help managers to understand the basic framework of the intellectual property management system, and by combining with the current situation of intellectual property management of HY Company, the management system of intellectual property rights is guided by the policies and objectives of the intellectual property management system of an enterprise. Intellectual property management institutions and resources protection, intellectual property management system, intellectual property management activities (acquisition of intellectual property rights, maintenance of intellectual property rights, operation and protection of intellectual property rights), intellectual property personnel and cultural construction, This paper analyzes on the continuous improvement of intellectual property management system, and puts forward some suggestions on how to perfect the intellectual property management system of HY Company, which provides reference for other enterprises to construct and perfect intellectual property management system.
