我国引进FDI的后向关联溢出效应研究

【摘要】：近年来，随着经济全球化进程的不断加快，越来越多发达国家的企业选择跨国经营，因而越来越多的发展中国家也愿意更多的引进外商直接投资，除了能够增加本国的资本存量以外，最重要的原因就是可以利用外商直接投资的技术溢出效应来促进本国企业的技术进步。中国作为发展中国家，现有的科技能力并不先进，对于技术的改进更新能力也有待提高，所以当前要使我国企业的技术实现较大的进步，还需要依赖引进FDI所带来的技术溢出。 FDI溢出效应还包括了行业内与行业间两种溢出途径，根据过往的研究，，行业内溢出虽然受到了广泛学者的关注，但其作用效果并不明显，而得到少数研究的行业间溢出效应特别是后向关联溢出效应却是更重要的技术溢出途径，因此，如何利用FDI建立产业关联从而产生后向的技术溢出效应是非常必要的。本文在绪论部分阐述了文章的研究背景以及研究意义，并对国内外行业间溢出效应的研究现状进行了总结；第一部分对FDI后向关联溢出效应的溢出机理进行了分析，主要包括溢出主体、溢出动力、溢出条件、溢出途径以及影响因素；接着分析了我国利用外资以及引进外资的基本特征，并体现出制造业对我国利用外资的代表性，为实证部分做铺垫。第三部分为实证分析，选取2005-2011年我国制造业分行业的面板数据，利用生产函数的扩展模型，对FDI后向关联溢出效应的存在性进行了回归分析；然后根据外资企业的市场导向、外资来源地以及人力资本三个影响因素进行了分组检验，从而得出相关的实证结论。最后本文基于理论分析与实证研究结论针对如何加强外商直接投资对我国内资企业的后向溢出效应，进而推动技术进步，分别从加深产业关联程度、提高人力资本水平、加大知识产权保护力度、调整政府管理职能四个方面阐述了相关的对策建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, as the process of economic globalization continues to accelerate, more and more enterprises in developed countries choose transnational operations, so more and more developing countries are willing to introduce more foreign direct investment. Besides increasing the domestic capital stock, the most important reason is that the technology spillover effect of foreign direct investment can be used to promote the technological progress of domestic enterprises. As a developing country, China's existing scientific and technological capabilities are not advanced, and its ability to improve and update technology needs to be improved. Therefore, at present, it is necessary to make greater progress in the technology of our enterprises. The spillover effect of FDI also includes two kinds of spillover channels between industry and industry. According to previous studies, intra-industry spillover has been concerned by many scholars. However, its effect is not obvious, and the inter-industry spillover effect, especially the backward correlation spillover effect, is a more important way of technology spillover. It is necessary to use FDI to establish industry connection and produce backward technology spillover effect. In the introduction part, this paper describes the research background and significance of the article, and summarizes the current research situation of spillover effect between industries at home and abroad. The first part analyzes the spillover mechanism of FDI backward correlation spillover effect. It mainly includes the subject of spillover, the power of spillover, the condition of spillover, the ways of spillover and the influencing factors, then analyzes the basic characteristics of utilizing foreign capital and introducing foreign capital in China, and shows the representative of manufacturing industry to foreign capital utilization in China. For the empirical part to do the groundwork. The third part is the empirical analysis, select the panel data of China's manufacturing industry from 2005 to 2011, use the extended model of production function to analyze the existence of FDI backward correlation spillover effect, and then according to the market orientation of foreign-funded enterprises. Three factors affecting the origin of foreign capital and human capital are tested in groups, and the relevant empirical conclusions are obtained. Finally, based on the theoretical analysis and empirical research conclusions, this paper aims at how to strengthen the backward spillover effect of foreign direct investment on domestic enterprises, and then promote the technological progress, respectively, from deepening the degree of industrial connection, improving the level of human capital. Strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights, adjust the functions of government management in four aspects of the relevant countermeasures.
