矿用自卸车后桥壳疲劳可靠性分析

【摘要】:随着近年来经济的快速发展,人们对资源的需求亦与日俱增。作为大型露天矿石场所运输工具的主力军,大吨位矿用自卸车的市场需求迅速提高。由于国内技术的相对滞后,国内在很长一段时间内对矿用自卸车的需求主要依赖进口,为了改变这种格局,某公司成功研发了具有自主知识产权的KZ492型240吨大型矿用自卸车。 后桥壳作为矿用自卸车的主要承载部件之一,其性能的好坏一定程度上决定了整车的质量。对于新产品的研发设计不可能通过大量的重复试验来获得产品性能的品质,因此,本文借助先进的虚拟仿真技术,对后桥壳的静动态特性和疲劳寿命进行了数值仿真分析。 本文首先利用ADAMS/View模块,依据多体系统动力学原理,建立了矿用自卸车的整车模型,对三种工况下的自卸车进行了动力学分析,输出了后桥壳承载部位的受力曲线。 然后建立了后桥壳有限元分析模型,根据动力学分析结果,对后桥壳进行了静力学分析,并将其应力结果与试验结果进行了对比分析,得出两者误差在工程允许范围之内,从而验证了该模型的准确性。另外,根据第四强度理论,对后桥壳进行了强度校核,三种工况下的安全系数均大于1。同时,还对后桥壳的动态特性进行了数值仿真模拟,得出了前16阶模态分析的频率和振型。 最后,借助MSC.Fatigue商业软件,对正常工况和极限工况下的后桥壳疲劳寿命进行了分析,得知后桥壳正常工况下的疲劳寿命能够满足使用要求,并且对不满足要求的后桥壳极限工况下疲劳寿命进行了优化分析。同时,本文还研究了后桥壳疲劳寿命对载荷变化的灵敏性,发现其对后横拉杆和悬架支撑处的反作用力比较敏感。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy in recent years, people's demand for resources is increasing day by day. As the main force of large-scale open-air ore site transportation, the market demand of large-tonnage dump truck is increasing rapidly. Because of the relative lag of domestic technology, the domestic demand for mine dump truck mainly depends on import for a long time. In order to change this pattern, a company has successfully developed the KZ492 type 240-ton large mine dump truck with independent intellectual property rights. As one of the main bearing parts of mine dump truck, the rear axle shell determines the quality of the whole truck to a certain extent. It is impossible to obtain the quality of the new product by a large number of repeated tests. Therefore, the static and dynamic characteristics and fatigue life of the rear axle shell are numerically simulated with the help of advanced virtual simulation technology. In this paper, based on the dynamic principle of multi-body system and Adams / View module, the whole truck model of mine dump truck is established, and the dynamic analysis of the dump truck under three working conditions is carried out, and the loading curve of the bearing part of the rear axle shell is outputted. Then the finite element analysis model of the rear axle shell is established. According to the dynamic analysis results, the static analysis of the rear axle shell is carried out, and the stress results are compared with the test results, and the error between the two is within the allowable range of the project. The accuracy of the model is verified. In addition, according to the fourth strength theory, the strength of the rear axle shell is checked. At the same time, the dynamic characteristics of the rear axle shell are simulated, and the frequency and mode shape of the first 16 order modal analysis are obtained. Finally, with the help of MSC.Fatigue commercial software, the fatigue life of the rear axle shell under normal and limiting conditions is analyzed, and it is found that the fatigue life of the rear axle shell under normal working conditions can meet the requirements. The fatigue life of the rear axle shell is optimized under the limit condition. At the same time, the sensitivity of the fatigue life of the rear axle shell to the load variation is also studied, and it is found that it is sensitive to the reaction force of the rear transverse tension bar and the suspension support.
