II型车控制网络半实物仿真平台应用研究

【摘要】:近年来随着我国高速铁路迅猛发展,列车装备国产化需求不断增强,作为列车关键技术之一的列车控制网络在高速列车发展中显的尤为重要。目前我国高速列车运用的控制网络基本依靠国外引进,换句话说,高速列车的“神经中枢”还控制在国外的几大公司手里,因此研制开发出具有自主知识产权的列车控制网络迫在眉睫。我国对于列车控制网络的研究还处于起步阶段,距离实际应用存在一定的差距。为了对研制实车网络控制系统提供参考,并缩短列车网络的研制时间,少走弯路,对列车控制网络系统进行纯软件和半实物仿真必不可少。 本文主要依托于“十一五”国家科技支撑计划子课题“高速列车网络控制系统”(项目编号:2009BAG12A06,2009-2012)——网络系统半实物仿真,设计并实现了Ⅱ型车控制网络半实物仿真平台中中央装置站点功能仿真,并与项目组其他成员合作完成了终端装置及显示器部分的功能仿真,同时运用热备冗余机制实现了ARCNET(?)光纤双环网通信,最终与项目组其他成员一起成功搭建了Ⅱ型车网络控制系统半实物仿真平台,并实现了光纤环形网络中各功能仿真站点间应用信息交互及处理。 论文主要工作包括: (1)完成了Ⅱ型车列车控制网络中中央装置功能仿真站点设计与实现,其主要包括中央装置功能仿真站点中网络数据的发送与接收、数据解析、司机操纵台模拟、中央装置内部逻辑运算、中央装置功能仿真站点热备冗余等功能。同时完成了终端装置功能仿真站点及显示器功能仿真站点部分数据管理等功能,设计并实现了各功能仿真站点同ARCNET光纤双环网间网络接口。 (2)实现了ARCNET光纤双环网组网通信,其中双环网运用的是热备冗余机制实现信息及时传输。 (3)完成了Ⅱ型车列车控制网络中各种应用通信报文(空调、制动、牵引、数字输入输出、故障等)定义,并在ARCNET光纤环网中实现了各功能仿真站点间应用报文传输及相关处理。 本文实现了Ⅱ型车列车控制网络中各种应用信息交互,对于CRH2型车列车控制网络系统研发具有一定的参考意义。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of high-speed railway in China, the demand for localization of train equipment is increasing. As one of the key technologies of train, train control network is particularly important in the development of high-speed train. At present, the control network for the operation of high-speed trains in China basically depends on the introduction of foreign countries. In other words, the "nerve center" of high-speed trains is still controlled by several major foreign companies. Therefore, it is urgent to develop a train control network with independent intellectual property rights. The research on train control network in China is still in its infancy, and there is a certain gap between it and its practical application. In order to provide reference for the development of the real vehicle network control system, shorten the development time of the train network, and reduce the detours, it is necessary to carry out pure software and hardware-in-the-loop simulation for the train control network system. This paper is mainly based on the "National Science and Technology support Plan" sub-project "High-speed train network control system" (project number: 2009BAG12A062009-2012) -Hardware-in-the-loop simulation of network system.
