基于六西格玛的B钢铁公司流程控制研究

【摘要】:流程管理和六西格玛管理已广泛应用于经济社会的各个领域,并发挥着重大的作用。很多企业分别运用流程管理和六西格玛管理的相关理论进行实际的管理活动,但很少有企业把流程管理的思想和六西格玛管理的思想结合在一起进行管理。于是,有必要深入探讨流程管理和六西格玛管理结合在一起如何运用于实际的生产管理活动,提高管理的效率。 B钢铁公司不仅具有先进的生产装备和生产技术,还具有较强的产品开发能力。目前已具备年产300万吨钢生产能力,可生产冷成型用钢、结构用钢、汽车结构用钢、耐腐蚀结构用钢、焊接气瓶用钢、花纹板、石油天然气输送管用钢、直缝焊套管用钢共8大系列80余个产品。深冲板用钢、镀锡板用钢、耐候板用钢、热轧酸洗板用钢等钢种,产品广泛应用于汽车钢结构、天然气管线、压力容器、路桥建设等领域。具备自主知识产权的热轧低碳贝氏体钢,用于国家重点工程东海大桥建设,使大桥相关构件减重达20%,产生了显著经济和社会效益。B钢铁公司的主要产品1550冷轧产品B170P1抗拉强度低于标准要求,造成现场较多的性能改判,增加制造成本,影响用户合同交货期。本文通过运用流程管理和六西格玛管理的相关理论,找出出现问题的原因并运用DMAIC流程管理的思想来解决冷轧产品B170P1抗拉强度低于标准要求的问题。 论文的主要贡献在于提出了把流程管理的思想和六西格玛管理的思想相结合来解决公司所遇到的问题,并通过举例详细地介绍了按照DMAIC流程管理的步骤运用来解决问题。
[Abstract]:Process management and six Sigma management have been widely used in various fields of economy and society and play an important role. Many enterprises use the relevant theories of process management and six Sigma management to carry out practical management activities, but few enterprises combine the thought of process management with the idea of six Sigma management. Therefore, it is necessary to explore in depth how process management and six Sigma management can be applied to practical production management activities to improve the efficiency of management.B Iron and Steel Company not only has advanced production equipment and production technology, Also has the strong product development ability. At present, it has an annual production capacity of 3 million tons of steel. It can produce steel for cold forming, structural steel, steel for automobile structure, steel for corrosion resistant structure, steel for welding gas cylinders, pattern plate, steel for oil and gas conveying pipe, Straight seam welding casing steel a total of 8 series of more than 80 products. The products are widely used in automobile steel structure, natural gas pipeline, pressure vessel, road and bridge construction and so on. Hot-rolled low-carbon bainitic steel with independent intellectual property rights for the construction of Donghai Bridge, a national key project, By reducing the weight of the relevant components of the bridge by 20%, it has produced significant economic and social benefits. The B170P1 tensile strength of 1550 cold-rolled products, the main product of B Iron and Steel Company, is below the standard requirement, resulting in more performance modification on the spot and increased manufacturing costs. Affect the customer contract delivery date. By using the theory of process management and six Sigma management, this paper finds out the causes of the problems and solves the problem that the tensile strength of cold rolled product B170P1 is lower than the standard requirement by using the idea of DMAIC process management. The main contribution of this paper is to combine the thought of process management with the idea of six Sigma management to solve the problems encountered by the company, and to solve the problems by using the steps of DMAIC process management in detail.
