天然气发动机喷嘴测控系统的研究与设计

【摘要】:天然气发动机喷嘴作为天然气发动机的主要零部件,其性能的好坏对发动机的尾气排放以及经济性能有重要的影响。研制出具有自主知识产权的发动机喷嘴测控系统对我国天然气的开发和利用具有极其重要的意义。 本文通过对天然气发动机和发动机喷嘴的工作原理、我国天然气发动机的研制、发动机喷嘴测控系统的开发需求、天然气发动机喷嘴测控系统的设计方案、以及该系统的测试和测试结果的分析和研究,设计出一款适合中国国情并具有自主知识产权的天然气发动机喷嘴测控系统。 论文详细的论述了天然气发动机喷嘴测控系统的需求分析,制定天然气发动机喷嘴测控标定方法,根据需求分析完成了测控系统的设计方案。根据设计方案,完成了天然气发动机喷嘴驱动系统、介质供给系统、介质测试系统和监控系统的开发,实现了整个测控系统的闭环控制。根据测控系统的设计方案,首先对测控系统的测试结果的准确性、稳定性进行了测试验证,其次对测控系统的运行可靠性进行验证,最后通过发动机试验对测控系统的测试结果进行进一步验证。 本文研究的意义在于,成功的开发了有自主知识产权的天然气发动机喷嘴测控系统,满足了天然气发动机喷嘴开发过程中的试验需求;经实践证明,此测控系统的压力稳定、驱动可靠,测试精确、操作方便,满足天然气发动机喷嘴开发的需要;同时本文的研究为天然气喷射系统的应用做出了贡献。
[Abstract]:As the main parts of natural gas engine, the nozzle of natural gas engine has an important effect on the exhaust emission and economic performance of the engine. The development of engine nozzle measurement and control system with independent intellectual property rights is of great significance to the development and utilization of natural gas in China. In this paper, the working principle of natural gas engine and engine nozzle, the development of natural gas engine in China, the development requirement of engine nozzle measurement and control system, the design scheme of natural gas engine nozzle measurement and control system are discussed in this paper. Based on the analysis and research of the test and test results of the system, a natural gas engine nozzle measurement and control system is designed, which is suitable for China's national conditions and has its own intellectual property rights. In this paper, the requirement analysis of the nozzle measurement and control system of natural gas engine is discussed in detail, the calibration method of the nozzle measurement and control of natural gas engine is established, and the design scheme of the measurement and control system is completed according to the demand analysis. According to the design scheme, the development of nozzle drive system, medium supply system, medium testing system and monitoring system of natural gas engine is completed, and the closed-loop control of the whole measurement and control system is realized. According to the design scheme of the measurement and control system, the accuracy and stability of the measurement and control system are first tested and verified, and the reliability of the measurement and control system is verified. Finally, the test results of the measurement and control system are further verified by engine test. The significance of this paper lies in the successful development of a natural gas engine nozzle measurement and control system with independent intellectual property rights, which meets the test requirements in the development of natural gas engine nozzle, and is proved by practice that the pressure of this system is stable. The drive is reliable, the test is accurate, the operation is convenient, and the research in this paper has made a contribution to the application of the natural gas injection system.
