控制科学发展必须与中国的实践紧密结合

【摘要】:正当前中国已是世界第二大经济体,正处在经济转型的关键时期,尖端科技迅猛发展,国防力量大增;与此同时,中国控制科学事业也获得了空前的发展,中国已成为一个名副其实的控制大国。但论文数量巨大、参与人数众多和巨额资金的投入,都还不足以代表中国是控制强国。控制科学的本质是技术科学,其发展的第一驱动力是需求,从这个角度来说,控制强国的标志应该是:1)在控制工程领域,掌握自主知识产权与吸收外国的知识产权应大致相当;在国防领域,涉及控制的自主知识产权应占主要地位或全部是自主知识
[Abstract]:At present, China is already the second largest economy in the world, and it is in a critical period of economic transformation, with the rapid development of cutting-edge science and technology and the increase of national defense power. At the same time, China's science and control undertakings have also achieved unprecedented development. China has become a truly controlling power.
