技术交易全程服务平台数据分析系统设计与实现

【摘要】:技术交易市场对于我国来说目前属于一个新兴领域,处在发展阶段,并未有一套完善的体系和标准。然而,技术交易全程服务平台的出现恰恰帮助这个领域实现了技术交易一体化流程,不仅包括了技术市场中实体交易这种基本服务,还包含了技术服务、知识产权等虚拟产品的交易,更覆盖了技术商城、在线交易会洽谈、合同登记、交易地图、网上签约、绩效考核等全方位的交易服务。然而,在这样一个技术交易全程服务平台下,各种交易业务不断扩大,海量的平台数据也随之出现,包括了服务器产生的日志、数据库交易记录、全国技术市场交易数据信息等,产生了一种“数据膨胀,但知识信息贫乏”的现象。而这些数据信息背后蕴藏着大量的有价值的,有组织的知识,这些东西从每次交易服务过程中是无法看到的,因此一个数据分析系统的搭建对于处理这样大量的平台数据有着很大的帮助,借助数据挖掘等这样时代前沿的技术来发现对大数据信息的新的认识和理解。本研究依托于国家科技支撑计划课题,目的在于为技术交易全程服务这样的平台搭建属于自身的数据分析系统,利用数据挖掘这样新兴技术,让平台的管理者可以通过数据的分析,生成的报表或是直观的图形展示来进行相应的决策,调整技术交易市场策略,也为平台的用户提供更便捷的操作。本研究通过对技术交易全程服务平台所产生的各类数据进行了采集、整合,认真分析,拟定出系统的主要功能模块和最终实现的解决方案。其中主要包含总体技术架构模式,系统的数据库表结构的设计以及功能模块的详细设计,在完成系统的总统功能实现之后,通过服务器应用集群的模式对各个模块功能、性能进行连续性的测试和调试。本研究的对象为数据分析系统,采用B/S架构,应用主流的SSH框架、JSP、JavaScript和jQuery等来支撑系统的整体部署,通过频繁项集模式,关联规则等方法并结合Apriori算法来实现系统,主要功能模块包括了技术商城产品关联销售分析、技术产品的推荐分析、技术交易趋势图分析等。
[Abstract]:The technology trading market is a new field in our country at present, it is in the stage of development, and there is not a perfect system and standard. However, the emergence of technology transaction service platform has helped to realize the integration process of technology transaction in this field. It includes not only the basic service of entity transaction in the technology market, but also the technology service. Intellectual property rights and other virtual products trading, but also covered the technology mall, online trade fair negotiations, contract registration, trade maps, online signing, performance appraisal and other comprehensive trading services. However, under such a technology transaction full-course service platform, all kinds of transaction business are expanding constantly, massive platform data also appear, including the log generated by the server, the database transaction record, The national technology market transaction data information, has produced a kind of "data expansion, but the knowledge information is poor" phenomenon. And there's a lot of valuable, organized knowledge behind this data that you can't see in every transaction service. Therefore, the construction of a data analysis system is of great help to deal with such a large number of platform data, with the help of data mining and other cutting-edge technologies of the times to discover the new understanding and understanding of big data information. The purpose of this study is to build a data analysis system for a platform such as technology transaction full service, and to make use of the new technology such as data mining, which is based on the National Science and Technology support Program. The platform manager can make the corresponding decision through the data analysis, the generated report form or the visual graph display, adjusts the technology transaction market strategy, also provides the more convenient operation for the platform user. Through collecting, integrating and analyzing all kinds of data produced by the whole service platform of technology transaction, this study worked out the main function modules of the system and the final solution. It mainly includes the overall technical architecture mode, the design of the database table structure of the system and the detailed design of the function module. After the realization of the presidential function of the system, each module is functioned through the mode of server application cluster. Continuous testing and debugging of performance. The object of this study is data analysis system, using B / S architecture, using mainstream SSH framework such as JSP JavaScript and jQuery to support the overall deployment of the system. The system is implemented by frequent itemset pattern, association rules and Apriori algorithm. The main function modules include related sales analysis, recommendation analysis, trend chart analysis and so on.
