知识产权保护、产学研协同创新与产品质量升级

【摘要】：基于2006~2013年省级面板数据,分析了技术转让、合作开发和人才输送3种产学研协同创新模式对我国企业产品质量升级的影响,并采用调节变量方法与门槛回归方法考察了产学研协同创新的影响效应随知识产权保护强度变化而变动的轨迹。结果表明:技术转让、合作开发和人才输送3种产学研协同创新模式均能够促进企业产品质量升级。其中,人才输送的促进作用最大;知识产权保护在技术转让与合作开发模式下对产品质量升级具有显著的调节作用;在不同的地理区位下,其调节作用具有显著的差异性且呈现出"U"型特征。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of the provincial panel in the period of 2006 to 2013, the effect of the technology transfer, the cooperative development and the talent transportation on the product quality upgrade of our country is analyzed. Using the method of adjusting variable and the method of threshold regression, the effect of the collaborative innovation of the industry-research and research is investigated with the change of the change of the protection intensity of the intellectual property. The results show that the technology transfer, the cooperative development and the talent transportation can promote the product quality of the enterprise. Among them, the promotion of intellectual property transfer is the biggest; the protection of intellectual property plays a significant role in the upgrade of the product quality under the mode of technology transfer and cooperative development; under different geographical location, the regulation of intellectual property has a significant difference and presents the characteristic of the "U"-type.
