【摘要】:正一、中国地理标志产品及其包装设计的现状《禹贡·疏》载:"贡者,从下献上之称,谓以所出之谷,市其土地所生异物,献其所有,谓之厥贡。"下之所供为贡,上之所取为赋。可见贡赋之物为一地"所生异物",也就是当地特产之物。各个朝代的进贡、贡品选择、贡品生产和运输、贡品宣诏制度,构成了古代的地理标志制度。现代的地理标志GI(Geographical Indications),又称原产地标志。世界知识产权组织认为:地理标志是一种具特定地理来源
[Abstract]:One, the present situation of geographical indication products and their packaging design in China [Yugong 路Shuxu] contains: "tribute, from the name offered below, refers to the foreign body caused by the valley and the city's land, and gives all of its possession, which is called Guogong." The following tributes are tributes, and the upper ones are Fu. It can be seen that the object of Gong Fu is a "foreign body", that is, a local specialty. The ancient geographical indication system was composed of tributary, tribute selection, tribute production and transportation, tribute declaration system. Modern geographical indication GI (Geographical Indications), is also called origin mark. According to the World intellectual property Organization (WIPO), geographical indications are a specific geographical source.
